For a dynamic SME (Wholesale of floor and wall tiles) we are looking for a creative and proactive freelance all-round marketer. You work closely with their marketing agency that focuses on performance and analytics, but they lack the creative fulfillment. We are looking for someone who can fill this gap by taking charge of their marketing strategy, its execution and the management of all marketing activities. So your strategic vision and hands-on mentality can be put to perfect use here!
Your responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: You draw up an annual action plan for all marketing activities and implement it with precision. You think strategically and ensure innovation without losing sight of the core values.
- Content creation: You will conceive and create original content, including vlogs and blogs, and develop POS materials for both B2B and B2C.
- Social Media Management: You will manage presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and more. You will be responsible for devising and implementing social media campaigns.
- Event organization: You will organize and coordinate creative events and meetings. This includes preparing scripts and following up on all the details to ensure events run smoothly.
- Project Management: You will monitor marketing deadlines and ensure that external partners and internal stakeholders are informed of milestones and deliverables in a timely manner.
- Evaluation and adjustment: You evaluate the results of campaigns and actions, and make adjustments where necessary to achieve maximum impact.
- Quotations and collaboration: You will request quotes, compare them and integrate the best solutions into our marketing planning.
- French-language communication: Knowledge of French is a plus, as our communication is bilingual.
- Showroom sales: if you are open to this, there is also an opportunity for support in the showroom as a salesperson.
