Are you a driven IT Recruiter with a passion for recruiting?
At our client, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.
You are the key person in finding exceptional IT talent and building their dream team.
Function and Responsibilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process. This includes drafting vacancy texts ifv the wishes of their clients, placing job ads, proactively searching for new talents through various channels and conducting interviews and interviews. Your focus is on proactive recruitment, which means you can also hire talents even if there is no immediate vacancy with our clients. We like to give our IT consultants room to settle in while looking for a suitable place for them within our network of clients.
Expected qualifications
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on honesty, transparency and respect.
- Open minded and good at working together within a team.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably within the ICT sector, or demonstrable affinity with the IT sector and functions.
- Experience in approaching candidates of different generations through various channels.
- Fluent in Dutch, both oral and written.
