For a leading organization in the parking industry with several operating points across the country, we are looking for a freelance sourcer/recruiter.

As a freelance sourcer/recruiter, you will be responsible for finding and attracting the right candidates for parking attendant positions.
Your duties
- Proactive search to suitable candidates for our parking locations through various channels.
- Screening and selection of candidates to ensure they fit within the culture.
- Open and direct communication with candidates and internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Remote working is the norm, but you will occasionally need to be on site for personal screenings of candidates.
- Provisionally starting with one month, if good cooperation it can be extended
