Joulia

Joulia is a driven lady with over 12 years in HR. After her studies she immediately started working as an HR Consultant at Accent where she did recruitment and selection. At ASAP she worked her way up to Inhouse HR Consultant where she was responsible for recruitment, onboarding and administration. She advanced to Office Manager at ASAP International where she was responsible for the international recruitment and accommodation of foreign workers. At Go4Jobs she got the opportunity to build up the international branch. Together she wrote the policy, strategy and procedures. After this experience, she started as a freelancer in the HR department on the Digitaal Vlaanderen project at the Flemish Government. She was responsible for the recruitment of temporary IT profiles. This involved a lot of contact with stakeholders.

In 2020, she started her self-employed activity Hrmony as a coach and HR Generalist.
